During the championship, we will be hosting the below parties. The party fee of two competitors is included in the entry fee for the regatta.
Additional registration will be required for any additional guests beyond the two allotted (for non-sailors) on the first day of the championship（7/30-31）. The fee for each event is below. To buy the tickets, please pay in cash (JPN Yen) at registration.

OPENING CEREMONY/ WELCOME PARTY
Date/Time： Monday July 31st 18：30～20：30
Place： Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar casa
Buffet style with some drinks. You can enjoy the fireworks on LAGUNA TEN BOSCH during the party.
Fee for additional tickets:
4,500 yen per person for adult (over 20 years old),
3,500 yen per person for teen, or 13 and older.
Children under 13 are free.
THE ENKAI
Date/Time： Thursday August 3rd 19：00～21：00
Place： Miya Onsen Hotel Meizan-sou
This will be Japanese sitting style party with set meal and some drinks.
Please enjoy the Japanese “Enkai”.
Fee for additional tickets:
6,000 yen per person for adult (over 20 years old),
5,000 yen per person for teen, or 13 and older.
Children under 13 are free.
Note: We will provide same meal as adult for the children under 13. Please let us know if you would like to exchange it to the kid’s meal on the registration(7/30-31)
AWARD CEREMONY
Date/Time：Sunday August 6th
18：00~ Registration
18：40～ Pre-dinner drink
19：00～21：30 Dinner, Prize giving ceremony & Closing ceremony
Place： GAMAGORI CLASSIC HOTEL, Banquet Hall “SHANGRI-LA”
Please enjoy sitting buffet style banquet with some drinks and coffee or tea.
Fee for additional tickets:
7,000 yen per person for adult (over 20 years old),
6,500 yen per person for teen, or 13 and older.
Children under 13 are free.
Note: Please let us know at the registration if you would like to have a kid’s meal. We also can prepare a seat without meal for the kids.
This historic hotel has a Japanese garden, and landmark building. Please register early and enjoy taking a walk. You also could use the lounge “Azelia” on 2nd floor of the main building.
Dress Code: Smart Casual, but jacket not necessarily required. Collared shirt and shoes mandatory for men. Polo-shirts allowed.
Daily Presentations will be held on 1st, 2nd and 5th at Kaiyo Yacht Harbor.
